Read these terms carefully before using the site or purchasing any product. By registering an account, buying a license, or downloading any software from Piprise Trader, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About this service

Piprise Trader ("we", "us", "our") provides trading indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), copy-trading tools, and related software for the MetaTrader 5 platform, delivered through the website at https://piprisetrader.com.

2. Not financial advice

All content, signals, indicators, and automated trading tools we provide are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes personal financial advice, a recommendation to trade, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Any losses arising from the use of our tools are yours alone. We are not registered financial advisors and no advisory relationship is created by your use of this service.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance shown on our site, marketing materials, or verified accounts is not indicative of future results. Automated systems can and do lose money. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

4. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Trading of leveraged products must be legal in your country of residence.
You are responsible for compliance with all local laws, tax obligations, and reporting requirements.
One license = one user. Sharing credentials or licenses is a breach of these terms.

5. License & ownership

All indicators, EAs, and software delivered through this site are licensed, not sold. On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on the number of MT5 accounts specified in your plan, for the duration of your active subscription (or forever for lifetime plans).

You may NOT:

Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any .ex5 or licensed binary.
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software with anyone else.
Remove license checks or bypass activation.
Use the software to build a competing product or service.

All copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Piprise Trader.

6. No refunds

All sales are final. See our No Refund Policy for full details. By purchasing, you acknowledge that policy and agree to be bound by it.

7. Uptime, support, and updates

We provide the service as-is and make no guarantee of continuous uptime.
Reasonable-effort technical support is provided via live chat and email.
Free software updates are included for the duration of your active plan.
We may modify, discontinue, or restrict features at any time without prior notice.

8. Third-party services

Our software depends on services we don't control:

MetaQuotes (MT5 platform)
Your MT5 broker
TradingView (for signal sources)
Telegram (for notifications)
Discord, Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors

If any third-party service is degraded or unavailable, our tools may not function correctly. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or errors on those platforms.

9. Prohibited use

You must not:

Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
Interfere with, exploit, or attempt to disrupt the service, the API, or other users' accounts.
Scrape, harvest, or automate access to the website beyond published APIs.
Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity when opening a support ticket, chat, or purchase.

Violation results in immediate license revocation without refund.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, execution errors, broker rejections, or any consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. gross negligence or willful misconduct).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Piprise Trader, its owners, employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, or your breach of these terms.

12. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion if:

You breach these terms or the No Refund Policy.
You file a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed purchase.
You attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or share your license.
Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is suspected on your account.

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any active subscription or one-time purchase.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved after thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.
